戀上手沖咖啡 8年級生職訓後砸近百萬投入咖啡店創業
8年級生林書嫻因愛上手沖咖啡,毅然決定辭去工時超長的工作,並參加勞動部勞動力發展署雲嘉南分署委外辦理的「咖啡調製暨飲調丙級證照班」學習專業技能,不僅學費全免,還同步請領「青年職前訓練學習獎勵金」,台北咖啡創業課結訓後更投資近百萬開設咖啡館自己當頭家,一步步確定自己的志向,找到想做一輩子的事。
81年次的林書嫻,大學念文化資產系,畢業後曾嘗試參加國考、陸續從事行政類職務,每一份工作她都不斷捫心自問,喜不喜歡?能不能一直做下去?在一個偶然的契機下,她接觸到了精品級的咖啡,完全顛覆她以往喝咖啡會心悸、充滿苦味的刻板印象,喝到後來甚至開始自學烘豆、鑽研手沖技巧,直到109年底她因為超長工時決定先暫離職場,心中想開店創業的想法愈加濃厚,為了更加精進咖啡的相關知識,書嫻報名由雲嘉南分署委託雲林縣職業總工會辦理的「咖啡調製暨飲調丙級證照班」職前訓練班,為未來開店做準備。

New restaurant offers traditional French cuisine in Astoria
Chez Olivia is one of the latest eateries to come to Astoria this spring with a backyard for outdoor eating and traditional French cuisine.
The restaurant had its grand opening on April 28 and it’s the latest spot that’s worth a try along the busy street of cafes and tasty dining choices on 23rd Avenue. 在台灣,「Fine Dining」常被定義為「精緻餐飲」,或是被形容為「用珍稀罕有食材,以高妙細膩廚功廚技演繹的美食」。但,這樣的認知其實太狹義,這樣的理解充其量只能指「Fine Food」。「Fine Dining」其實應是一種「完美的用餐體驗」,所以包括餐廳的裝潢設計、器材設備、餐桌陳設,乃至外場服務,都能傳遞並體現美好,帶給食客愉悅歡快的感受。
